HOW DOES IT WORK?
All features can be reached easily by clicking "Start Planning". An assistant will guide you through the process.
A short manual can be read here :
1. Create appointment with title, description and proposals for possible dates. You can also integrate a poll and a messageboard.
2. Send the created link to your participants or let it send automatically by plan|it|easy.
3. With this link the participant gets access to the appointment-poll and can vote for the date of his choice, possibly vote on the poll and leave messages on the messageboard.
4. You and your participants can see the continously updated appointment poll at any time. plan|it|easy always states the best appointment on a graphical overview automatically. Get the whole overview with one click.

2. Send the link to the created poll to your participants or let it send automatically by plan|it|easy.
3. With this link the participant gets access to the poll and can vote there and possibly leave messages.
4. You and you participants can see the (intermediate) result of the poll at any time by clicking the link.
Notice: If you wish to integrate a poll into an appointment-poll please create an appointment poll. During this process you can choose to integrate a casual poll.
